We first made a day trip to Guadalest many years ago with our daughters. Whilst ‘sorting’ through an old file of papers at home I stumbled across a business card I had picked up for Cases Noves years earlier. As we were due to holiday in the area I looked the hotel up on line! What a triumph it proved to be! Many reviews have been written praising the hotel, area, but especially Toni and Sofi. They are truly a unique couple who play perfectly to their strengths in creating the most unbelievable experience for guests. Everything was incredible from start to finish! The house is a true home and it felt a privilege to be able to share it with Toni and Sofi whilst we were there. The love and attention to detail in every corner of the hotel was stunning. As well as that, the guest experience is at the heart of everything they do. Sublime food for breakfast and dinner created by Sofi and proudly served by Toni made the experience unforgettable. Whilst we were there we celebrated our 29th Wedding Anniversary and I arrived to a bottle of chilled delicious cava and an amazing bouquet of flowers they had organised on behalf of my husband. I really appreciate the time they took in arranging the lovely surprise. We loved each evening seeing the ‘day trippers’ leave so we could share the true magic of this historic mountain village. There is a proud sense of community amongst the residents and neighbours that in this fast paced World is now hard to find. We cannot wait to return to Cases Noves and bring my sister and brother in law with us to share and enjoy again the magic of Cases Noves. Thank you so much for a wonderful time!
